Make Moji's Herbaceous Indian Spiced Spinach Dip!

We’ve got a Zesty Indian Spiced spinach dip for you this Thanksgiving that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser. Moji’s sautéed palak is perfect to fold into your favorite spinach or artichoke dip. (Or, of course, enjoy it as a side!)

In case you missed it on IG, here’s our recipe below. We made this herbaceous Greek yogurt spinach dip in no time using Moji’s Palak Masala. feel free to experiment and adjust the herbs to your taste! the dill is a keeper though, in our opinion

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil

1 packet Moji Masala Palak Masala

3 large garlic cloves, chopped

1 lb fresh baby spinach blanched and chopped or frozen chopped spinach defrosted

1/4 cup fresh dill

1/2 cup fresh parsley

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

3/4 tsp salt

1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:

Step 1 Place a sauté pan on medium heat and add oil to warm pan.

Step 2 Add the full packet of Palak masala to the oil. Sauté spices for about 20 seconds until they open up, become fragrant and turn slightly darker. Add splashes of water to create a slightly wet paste.

Step 3 Add the garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant. Add a couple of splashes of water to keep a wet paste.

Step 4 Add spinach and sauté until the spices are well incorporated and the spinach turns a darker shade of green. Add splashes of water as needed to keep the spinach moist.

Step 5 In a food processor grind the fresh herbs with the salt and two tablespoons of the yogurt.

Step 6 Add yogurt to a mixing bowl. Fold in herb mixture followed by sautéed spinach. Mix in lemon juice. garnish with olive oil, leftover herbs, and paprika when ready to serve.
