Return & Refund Policy
At Moji Masala, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@mojimasala.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened spice packets or used products, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@mojimasala.com.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
